I was referred by one of my friends to try out Vocory, and it has easily become a great assistant for my daily routine. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate; one can start recording or reviewing transcripts without a learning curve. It distinguishes from iPhone’s default Voice Memos app by providing a variety of language choices for transcript conversion. The modernized AI function helps users analyze and diagnose the content more effectively. From audio, video to podcast, I found it could even work as a live translator while travelling. Hoping to see more features coming out :). It is definitely worth installing if you are looking for a smart, all-in-one recording and transcription app.
Developer Response
Thank you for such a thoughtful review, and thanks to your friend for the referral! Using it as a live translator while traveling is a brilliant use we're seeing more and more. Your wish for new features is well timed: the next update makes the whole app available in 15 languages, with more to come. Reviews like this keep a small team going, truly appreciated.
Worth every penny for podcast lovers
Schmitz_Edmonds
I listen to so many podcasts but never have time to go back for notes. I import the episode link, and 30 seconds later I have a clean summary with all the key insights. Perfect for when I want to remember the good parts without re-listening to 2 hours of audio.
Developer Response
The good parts without re-listening to 2 hours" is exactly why we built link import, so this review made us smile. If an episode is really dense, you can also ask the AI chat for takeaways on one specific topic. Thanks for the support!
Perfect for long distance calls
McguireOctaviod
My family lives overseas and we have long catch-up calls. I record them and use the summary to remember all the little life updates and stories. Such a nice way to hold onto those conversations without taking notes during the call.
Developer Response
This is one of the sweetest reviews we've received. Holding onto family stories from overseas calls is a beautiful way to use Vocory. Those recordings stay in your library too, so you can always go back and hear their voices. Thank you for sharing this
Lifesaver for med school lectures
Coats_Suzetteu
Trying to listen to med lectures and write notes at the same time was impossible — I’d always miss key details. Now I just hit record, pay attention in class, and review the structured summary later. It pulls out all the key terms and concepts automatically. Cut my study time in half, no exaggeration.
Developer Response
Cutting study time in half for med school is no small thing, thank you for sharing this. You're using it exactly right: stay present in lecture, let the notes build themselves. You can also try the study-guide summary style too, it organizes key terms for review before exams. Good luck this semester!
