このアプリは、厚生労働省のHPで公表されている小規模な一般飲食店向けの手引書に対応したHACCP衛生管理記録アプリです。 飲食店向け「HACCPの考え方を取り入れた衛生管理」手引書に従い、衛生管理計画、日々の実施記録、毎月の振り返りが実施でき、スマートフォンやタブレットの端末での利用となり、初心者にもわかりやすい入力方法となっています。 衛生管理の記録方法は衛生管理計画に沿って実施したことについて良・否を選択し、日々確認していくものです。記録簿やノートなどを使わなくても、本アプリを利用して、HACCPを始めてみましょう。 また、衛生管理計画、日々の実施記録、毎月の振り返りをCSVファイルに出力して、PCで閲覧することも可能です。
