With your separate permission, Peppy — our AI assistant — can also use a 30-day summary of your Health metrics to give protocol-specific insights ("your HRV has improved 14 ms since starting your current protocol") instead of generic advice. AI data sharing is optional, granular, and can be turned off anytime without disconnecting Apple Health. Your health data is never shared with advertisers and never used to train AI models.
