RACE READINESS A single, honest readiness score built from three independent pillars: aerobic capacity, race-specific preparation (your longest efforts measured against the distance), and freshness (your taper, HRV and resting heart rate). It tells you whether you're ready for THIS race — not just generally fit — and a recent race result counts as proof. TRAINING LOAD & FITNESS Visualise your CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue) and TSB (form) using the proven TRIMP method, now personalised to your own heart-rate zones.
