Recognition comes to Top Tier. Publish your first Top 5 and you're a Contributor. When other locals' rankings back up your picks, you become Rising, then Established. Tap any recognition tag to see how the ladder works, and watch for the note the moment you move up. You'll also see each local's standing next to their Top 5s and on the places they've ranked, and tapping a name or avatar now opens that person's profile.

Start ranking without an account: the home screen now invites you to build a Top 5 right away, and only asks you to sign in when you publish. After you publish, you can share your list, rank another, or keep browsing without the screen rushing off. Cleaner rankings: the consensus lists read name-first, a place only earns a gold, silver, or bronze rank once enough locals have weighed in, and cards feel more responsive to the touch.
