HOW IT WORKS
Your front camera tracks pushup form using on-device pose detection. No video is recorded or uploaded.
Each clean rep credits screen-time seconds to your balance.
Tap UNLOCK to spend it. Your blocked apps open, the timer counts down, and when it runs out the shield comes back automatically.
Tap LOCK at any time and unused seconds return to your balance.
