APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
With your permission, Mei reads steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, mindful minutes, daylight, and workouts from Apple Health to shape your daily reflections, and writes mindful sessions, mood logs, and completed workouts back to Apple Health. All of it stays on-device — Mei never uploads your health data.

Hey Mei runs local AI models on your device and works offline. There are no servers, no telemetry about your conversations, and nothing to opt out of. What stays on your phone, stays on your phone.
