Dog walk tracker & care log

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Track walks with live GPS, drop pins on the good spots, and keep meds, vet visits, and weight in one place. Apple Watch included. No accounts, no subscription. Everything your dog needs, in one place. Dog's Best Friend turns a daily walk into something worth keeping, and puts your dog's health, habits, and history where you can actually find them. No accounts. No subscription. Your data stays on your device. WALKS, TRACKED LIVE Tap once and watch the route draw itself on the map with real distance and time. Walking two dogs? Add them both. The walk keeps running with the screen off or the phone in your pocket, and a Live Activity keeps it on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Forget to finish? The app checks in, and closes the walk where you actually stopped moving. A MAP THAT REMEMBERS Drop a pin the moment it matters — a friendly dog, a friendly home, a water bowl, a treat spot, the dog park, the perfect poop spot, or a hazard to steer clear of. Add a note and a photo to any pin. Your neighborhood fills in over time. HEALTH & CARE, ORGANIZED Medications with dosage, schedule, reminders, and real adherence at a glance. Appointments for vet, grooming, vaccinations, dental, and checkups — with a heads-up 24 hours ahead and a nudge before a vaccination expires. Weight history and a food catalog too. A VET REPORT IN ONE TAP Generate a clean PDF — profile, vet details, vaccinations, current medications, weight history, and recent activity — then share or print it straight from the share sheet. EVERY DOG, FULLY THEIRS Photos, breed, birthday, weight, color, nicknames, and defining marks. Keep a photo gallery, record audio clips of their bark or happy noises, and log playtime, training, swimming, grooming, and dog-park trips alongside your walks. APPLE WATCH APP & COMPLICATION Start and track a walk from your wrist, glance at the weather before you go, and log activities, medications, and weight there too — all of it syncing back to your iPhone. Add the paw complication to a watch face to open the app in one tap. NOBODY FORGETS A BIRTHDAY A greeting at 9am on your dog's day that opens the app on balloons and confetti, then a birthday card with their photo and age, ready to share. THE SMALL THINGS • Leaders and Best — a scoreboard that turns walks into stats, head-to-head across your whole pack • Today's conditions and a 7-day forecast right where you start a walk • AirTags, microchips, GPS collars, and registry details in one place • Optional Apple Health — save finished walks as real workouts with the route • Optional iCloud Sync across iPhone and iPad FREE FOR ONE DOG Every feature is included. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited dogs.
