Return asks two quiet questions a day: how willing you felt, and how much was in your hands. Then it connects your answers to what your Apple Watch already records. No long questionnaires, no new habits. From those two taps and up to seventeen Apple Health signals (sleep, HRV, activity, mindfulness, ambient noise and more), Return builds a small model that is entirely yours. It doesn't just show a score: it surfaces the few factors that moved your sense of autonomy up or down, and gives an honest range instead of false precision. Everything stays on your device. Entries, notes, moods and health data are encrypted with a key that never leaves your Keychain. iCloud sync is optional and off by default. No telemetry, no ad SDKs, no cloud analysis.
