SimCap
SimGolf Handicap & Tournaments
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your sim rounds deserve a handicap. Track your game across simulators, challenge friends, and run tournaments. Make every round count with SimCap!
SimCap is the tournament platform and handicap tracker built exclusively for simulator golf. Think GHIN meets tournament director — but for the sim.
Run tournaments with your crew — stroke play, scramble, best ball, and match play brackets. SimCap handles the scoring, leaderboards, and trophy cards automatically. Challenge friends head-to-head, post open challenges, and track every hole.
SimCap works across every major simulator platform — GSPro, Trackman, Foresight, Full Swing, E6, and more. Your handicap index travels with you across every facility, every simulator.
Log your rounds, track your index over time, and see exactly how your simulator conditions affect your differential — putting mode, wind, pin placement, and mulligans all factor in automatically. The more rounds logged across the SimCap community, the more accurately we calibrate difficulty modifiers for each platform and course.

Fixed a rare issue where logging rounds back-to-back quickly could cause a tournament round to miss your handicap
Added a quick explainer for why “Low Net” can match your gross score early on (not enough rounds yet, or no linked GHIN)

Added helpful in-app tips throughout Tournaments and Match Play, explaining seasons, designated scorers, and awaiting-opponent status.
2.9 Oct 6
Social is easier to navigate — your groups and tournaments now show up first when you open the tab, with Match Play and the Crew Match Calculator below.
We also fixed a couple of bugs that could cause the app to hang when creating a tournament or continuing a match, plus some smaller fixes and polish.
2.8 Oct 4
This update brings 9-hole tournaments to every format - Stroke Play, Match Play, Scramble, and Best Ball can now be run on a Front 9 or Back 9, not just a full 18.
Also in this release:
- Logging a 9-hole round now starts your score at a realistic number instead of making you tap down from a full 18-hole score
- Smoother scrolling on the Log a Round screen
Thanks for playing - keep the rounds coming!
2.7 Oct 2
Log a 9-hole round (Front 9 or Back 9) and have it count toward your SimCap index — no more waiting to pair it with a second nine.
Match Play now supports Front 9 / Back 9 challenges too.
Fixed: scorecard scans now correctly detect and apply the course from your photo.
Various reliability improvements.
2.6 Sep 23
Fixed a bug where Scramble rounds could still count toward your handicap index, they're now properly excluded like they're supposed to be.
Team net scores in Scramble and Best Ball tournaments now actually reflect your handicap when that setting's turned on.
Match records now update correctly when a head-to-head match finishes normally, not just on forfeits.
Small fixes and improvements.
2.5 Sep 21
Fixed an issue that could cause Scan Scorecard to fail on valid scorecard photos — scanning is back to reading reliably.
Fixed course search across Log a Round, Match Create, and Net Calculator so results stay visible above the keyboard while you type — no more hitting enter just to see your match.
Added a quick tip under Scan Scorecard to help make sure your photo is the final scorecard from your simulator's own screen.

This update improves round logging — the keypad now dismisses correctly on the Yardage Played and Score fields, plus general bug fixes and stability improvements.
Smoother round logging: the numeric keypad now dismisses properly when entering yardage or score, and we cleaned up some course data labeling. Bug fixes and performance improvements.
2.3 Sep 2
Share your rounds. After you post a score, generate a clean branded card of your round or handicap index and share it straight to Instagram, Messages, or wherever you want.
New courses added, including several in Utah and Nevada, plus more accurate tee yardage on existing courses so you can pick the tee that actually matches what you played.
Smaller fixes and polish throughout.
2.2 Aug 17
Mulligan tracking just got smarter. SimCap now lets you log exactly how many mulligans you took — None, 1, 2, or 3+ — with each tier carrying its own handicap penalty. The more mulligans, the more your differential reflects it. Fairer indexes, more honest competition.
