Citibox Point is the official app for businesses that host a Citibox pickup and drop-off point (PUDO). Whether you run a convenience store, a bakery or any neighborhood shop, it gives you everything you need to operate your point from your phone.
Not the consumer Citibox app. If you're looking for your own parcels or a Citibox locker, search for "Citibox" instead — Citibox Point is the tool for the shop that hosts the point, not for collecting personal deliveries.
Citibox provides the technology and runs the local network. Amazon Hub Counter brings the brand recognition and the package volume. Together we bring customers to your door — with no investment on your part.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Set your standard opening hours per day of the week, so carriers know when parcels can be dropped off and picked up at your shop.
- Declare exceptional closures and holidays in seconds — Citibox and our partner carriers are notified automatically.
- Scan parcels with your phone camera to receive deliveries from carriers and hand them to your customers.
- Use the app in English, French or German.
BUILT FOR THE CITIBOX NETWORK
The app connects directly to the Citibox platform and to our logistics partners (starting with Amazon Hub Counter). Your schedule changes reach carriers automatically, so customers always see accurate availability and you never receive parcels outside your opening hours.
WHO IT IS FOR
Citibox Point is for the owners and staff of shops that have joined the Citibox PUDO network. To use it you need an active Citibox Point contract and an account provisioned by Citibox.
PRIVACY
