Check sushi, blue cheese or coffee in two seconds, filtered by trimester, with the reason explained. • Supplements and water — daily check-in and gentle reminders. • Wellbeing — a private diary in text or voice, a mood timeline, eight guided breathing exercises, and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. • Keepsakes — a bump photo timeline, letters your child will read one day, and a photo book built from your journey. • Birth prep — hospital bag checklist, birth plan, budget planner and newborn shopping list. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data never leaves your phone. Baby Novum works fully offline. There is no account, no cloud, no sharing. Your diary and letters are encrypted with AES-256, and you can lock the app with Face ID. Baby Novum now speaks your language. • Six new languages: Spanish (Spain and Latin America), German, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) — nine in total. Everything is translated, including all 40 weekly articles and the full 240-food safety guide. • The app now picks your language automatically from your device settings, including regional variants. • Your contraction session no longer disappears if you put your phone down mid-labour. It survives the app closing. • A clearer look at Premium at the end of setup, so you know what you get before you decide. • Fixes to the contraction tile, ultrasound fetal-weight entry and budget totals.
