Working across more than one property? Your tasks from every hotel you cover now arrive in a single list, each one labelled with the property it belongs to, so you can tell them apart at a glance. A filter row lets you focus on one hotel at a time. The Filed tab now shows what your whole department has filed, not just your own tasks — including the ones you created from the web dashboard, which never used to appear. Fixes in this release: • Logging out now signs you out on the first press, and stays signed out. • Long task lists scroll all the way through instead of stopping partway. • The stay-extension and room-change details screen shows real text instead of placeholder codes. • Live updates reconnect on their own after a dropped connection, rather than going quiet for the rest of your shift. • The app no longer waits on a slow network before letting you in. • Guest reviews load past the first 25. • Actions that used to fail silently now tell you — including the reply box, which could discard a message you had just typed. The app also does less work in the background, which is easier on battery and mobile data.

• Duty status now follows your session. Signing in puts you on duty, signing out takes you off — no more staying on duty overnight because the switch was left on. • Task timers now count from the moment a task reached your department. When a task is escalated to your team, the counter starts on arrival instead of showing how long it had already been waiting elsewhere. • Task details now show an "Arrived" time next to "Received", so you can see both when the guest asked and when it landed with your team. • Activity bookings and requests now include a Booking Details panel that lists exactly what the guest selected — package, number of guests, add-ons, and the chosen date and time. • Fixed: the acceptance time on a task showed when the task was created instead of when it was actually accepted. • Cleaner task titles for activities that only have one slot.

• Task translation now works for every language. If a guest sends a request in a language different from your app language (including Chinese, Arabic, and others), you can tap Translate to read it in your own language — the button no longer disappears for unsupported languages. • Performance and stability improvements.
