Nothing is collected, stored remotely, or transmitted. Location access is requested for one reason only: macOS requires it to read the current Wi-Fi network name, so usage can be grouped per network. No location is ever stored or shared — and the app still works without it (networks just appear as "Wi-Fi" instead of by name). Lightweight, native, and unobtrusive - it sits in your menu bar and keeps count.
