Copy fixes. The „Free version” card in Settings listed sync between devices and PDF export as Premium — both are free. It now names what Premium really unlocks: multiple profiles, booklet photos, family pairing and no ads. If your partner’s phone is paired and the trial has ended, Settings now says plainly that the exchange of changes is paused until Premium. Your data and the backup in your account stay untouched.

Backup with your Apple or Google account — on iPhone and Android. Connect Apple, Google or both: your data and booklet photos are saved automatically, encrypted, in your own iCloud and/or Google Drive, never on our server. On a new phone — also when switching between iPhone and Android — everything comes back just by signing in, without the 12 words. Family pairing: your partner's changes now arrive on their own when you open the app, including new and edited profiles. Also new: • “Sign out” asks first, and “Erase all data” also signs you out of Apple and Google. • A backup file imported into an app that already has data is merged — nothing is deleted. • The save button stays above the keyboard. • 48–50 MP camera photos are reduced instead of disappearing. • Syncing no longer loses a change made while it runs.

A vaccination schedule calculated from the date of birth — a proposal to accept. Nothing is saved on its own. A new view by disease with a series counter, and every dose when you expand it. The timeline no longer stops at childhood: adult booster doses now appear, labelled "Expected later". A record from a paper booklet with no readable brand name can be saved as "Other / don't know" and still counts towards coverage. Each dose shows a quotation from the catalogue and a link to its source. Reminders on the same day and hour are merged into one. The contact screen shows the support address beside the form and lets you pick a mail app. Settings gained an open source licences screen.

New: a dose status switch — given or scheduled — when you add or edit an entry. On the timeline a scheduled dose now carries its own marker, and one tap turns the plan into a fact without opening the form. Fixed: your data can no longer be changed by a family snapshot decrypted with a key from before you left the family.

CSV import fixes This release fixes how the app interpreted imported entries. Thank you to the person who reported every one of these separately. • Doses entered as a future date are no longer imported as already given. Previously such a dose counted as completed and the series looked finished. They now appear under upcoming doses and do not affect your vaccination status. • The preview before saving states how many entries will be added as given and how many as planned. • Fixed opening the wrong vaccine. Names written in Cyrillic did not produce a valid identifier, so two different vaccines could be treated as one. • A dose series spread over years now has consistent numbering, instead of "1 of 1" followed by "2 of 2". • Yellow fever is no longer marked as expired. Since 2016 the WHO considers a single dose to provide lifelong protection. • The PCV20 vaccine showed its description in Polish regardless of the selected language.

CSV import and a sync that finally explains itself • Import vaccinations from a CSV file — Settings → Backup → Import CSV. Before anything is saved you see how many entries will be added, which will be skipped and why. Importing the same file again never creates duplicates. • Sync no longer fails silently. If your data isn't reaching your other device, the app now tells you why and what to do — most often the recovery words are missing, because they are stored separately on each device and signing in does not carry them over. • The cloud backup date now shows the last upload and the last actual sync separately. It could previously freeze even while sync was working. • Booster doses (4th, 5th and beyond) no longer overwrite earlier history. • The home screen banner and the photo viewer buttons no longer hide under the status bar.

Fixed 4th, 5th, and later doses so they no longer overwrite vaccination history, and made dose counters consistent. The Gardasil 9 schedule now follows age at the first dose. We corrected the Russian back button, and backup and restore descriptions now show only paths that are actually available. Lifetime Premium is now restored before advertising consent starts.

Fixed restoring a backup from a file. Loading a saved backup previously failed with an error; if you have a backup file, it now restores correctly.

We fixed how the system permission request for personalized ads is displayed. We also added minor stability improvements to make organizing vaccination records and reminders more reliable.

Fixed: users with an active Premium purchase are no longer asked about ad preferences or app tracking at launch. If you have Premium, there are no ads, so there is nothing to ask about. Updated the app's privacy declaration so it accurately reflects how ads work for free users.

VaxJournal has a fresh new look — refreshed layout, type and colours make keeping your family's vaccination records feel clearer. Ads stay optional and non-personalised; premium removes them for good. Plus stability improvements throughout.

Family of up to 5 — the people close to you can keep the children's vaccination calendar together. Existing pairs move to a family automatically, with data and encryption continuity intact. Disease names now appear in the app's language, not only in Polish. Plus stability fixes.

Overdue and upcoming doses are now separated — no more past dates shown as upcoming. Coverage is calculated for the child's age. The calendar is localised and opens on the current month. Clearer record details, a vaccine list with a recommended-for-age section, and manageable per-dose reminders.
