Follow your assistant with a new 3D status indicator, review per-response file changes on OpenCode v2, and explore your chat history with smoother scrolling.
OpenClient brings native iPhone and iPad integration for OpenCode to your own self-hosted server.
Keep coding sessions within reach when you are away from your desk. Browse projects, resume chats, review tool activity, answer permission and question prompts, and follow ongoing work from a fast native interface built around the way iOS and iPadOS actually work.
OpenClient is designed for developers who already run OpenCode and want more than a remote chat window. It is a mobile command center for active agent work, long-running tasks, quick follow-ups, and remote check-ins.

Optional notifications with OC Notify:
Get Web Push alerts for completed sessions, permissions, and questions. Requires the OpenClient plugin, your own HTTPS endpoint, and the companion web app added to your Home Screen. No OpenClient-hosted notification relay is used.
Privacy and self-hosting:
OpenClient is built for private, self-hosted use. You choose which OpenCode server it connects to, and your session data stays tied to your own OpenCode setup. Server credentials are stored securely on device, and OpenClient does not provide or proxy an OpenCode backend.

App isn’t compatible with breaking changes in OpenCode v2 url schema for /api. Needs an update. App looks nice and very feature complete. Will purchase if it gets updated and tested against OpenCode v2 going forward.
Works with opencode v2; best native iOS opencode experience.

Tested this app against OpenCode v2 (2.0.20) and the previous incompatibility with /api has been fixed. It fully supports v2, including plugins on the opencode server (tested with opencode-models-discovery.)I waited to purchase until the issues with v2 were fixed, so unfortunately cost me an extra $10 due to the price hike, but hoping to see this app succeed and grow. Compared to OpenLens and Paseo, OpenClient is on another level in terms of polish, native iOS experience and feature implementation.
Follow the work. See what changed. Pick up where you left off.
• A new animated 3D status pill shows when the assistant is thinking, reading, editing, or working. Long-press it for a playful surprise.
• Review file changes for an individual response with the Changes button beside Copy. Unchanged lines start collapsed so you can focus on the diff.
• Browse older messages with more stable scrolling as conversation history loads.
• Switch workspaces from the chat header and enjoy more reliable session moves between workspaces on OpenCode v2.
• Pending prompts on OpenCode v1 now appear below the status pill.
• Improved OpenCode v1 bridge discovery behind reverse proxies.
OpenClient supports OpenCode v1 and v2. Per-response file changes require OpenCode v2 and recorded file snapshots.
