Amazing and clean app

Such a cool and fun app. You can literally have a song generated by uploading some text or screenshots and typing out (or picking already provided options) the vibe you are going for. I used it to make a funny tiktok. It’s also so easy to use and the experience is very clean. It’s one of the better AI music apps that I’ve used. Awesome app concept and I 10/10 recommend.

I saw some really funny YT shorts, where this mom used screenshots to make funny songs with this app, so I thought okay yeah let me check it out. Prompts you to add screenshots, double check the lyrics & say what kind of song you want (for example 90s r&b) then they glitch out saying “our system couldn’t accept that please double check your lyrics” I did, it didn’t fix the issue. So I relaunched the app then it says every song is 120 credits, shows me the premium subscription. Like okay if this is pay to even use at all, why not just say that. To the game developers, at least make a good free version, because the premium version isn’t even “premium” it’s bare minimum that should be the free version, the premium version could have extra stuff or like extra credits. But not even having anything for free is a joke

Hi, we're sorry your first experience wasn't a good one. We've recently updated the app so all new users can generate a free song before deciding whether to subscribe, and we also offer free credits through our rewards and referral programs. The generation error you encountered isn't the experience we want anyone to have. If you reach out to our support team (support@jamaiapp.com), we'd be happy to look into what happened and help get it working. We're also continuing to improve the onboarding and generation experience. Thanks for your feedback!

Really bad!!!

It kinda sucks
So you need to add up credit right?? Well some of us are broke… soo I could only make one song with two versions. And I would not recommend this app one of the least fav ones I have. But I do really like the song but I don’t like how I need to add up credit or gems i kinda forgot which one it was

Developer Response
Thanks for the honest feedback! We totally understand that credits can feel limiting, especially when you’re just trying the app out. We’re working on ways to make Jam AI more accessible while still being able to support the cost of generating AI songs. We’re really glad you liked the song itself, though! ❤️🎶
