One Bird gives you a small moment with nature each morning. You hear the call or song of a bird from your area, watch its voice trace a line across the screen, and try to figure out who's singing. Small hints bring you closer to the answer, until the bird shows itself.
Birdsong has been with us as long as there have been people. A sound that told our ancestors: it's safe here, you can arrive. Mindful listening still has this effect today — it has been shown to lower heart rate, blood pressure, and the stress hormone cortisol.
There are no points, no leaderboard, no pressure. Just you, a voice nearby, and a few quiet minutes. If you like, One Bird will remind you each morning that another bird is waiting for you.
