Your itinerary lives in twelve emails, and none of them know about each other. Skaoot reads your booking confirmations and remembers every flight, stay, and detail for you — one timeline you can trust, kept right when plans change.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Forward a booking confirmation. Pass along a confirmation for a flight, hotel, or apartment. A few seconds, then you can forget it.
2. Skaoot does the remembering. It reads each booking, links it to the others, and builds one timeline in the order things happen. Changes merge in on their own — no duplicates, nothing lost.
3. The right detail finds you. The door code when you arrive. Drive time when you land. The gate change the moment it happens.
WHAT SKAOOT DOES
Your whole itinerary in one place. Every flight and stay laid out in the order it happens — nothing to hold in your head, nothing to dig for.
Never blindsided at the gate. Skaoot watches your flights and tells you the moment a gate or terminal changes, then stays quiet when nothing has. One flight becomes up to twelve clear events, from online check-in to baggage claim.
Stays, already filled in. Land at midnight and the address, the door code, and the WiFi are already there, pulled from the listing and waiting for you.
Plans change. Your itinerary keeps up. Rebooked, rescheduled, cancelled and replaced — your itinerary stays right on its own. No duplicate trips, no stale details.
The right detail at the right moment. Drive time to the door when you land. A nudge to leave with time to spare, based on real travel time — never a generic three-hour buffer.

Skaoot only processes the emails you choose to forward. There is no inbox connection and no background scanning of your other mail.
