Muskl: AI Gym Workout Coach
Gym, home or no equipment
Free · In‑App Purchases
14 days free, your first week included. No ads, and we remind you before any charge. Your program adapts to every session.
You get to the gym and you don't know what to do? Muskl prepares every workout for you: the exercises, the weights, the reps and the rest. All you have to do is train.
YOUR FIRST WEEK IS FREE
Tell us your goal, your equipment and the time you have. Your first week is ready in 30 seconds, no subscription.
IT ADAPTS TO EVERY WORKOUT
Your weight starts from what you actually lifted last time. You hit your sets? It goes up. A workout felt too hard? The next one takes that into account. You skip an exercise several times? It stops being suggested.
GYM OR LIVING ROOM, YOUR PROGRAM FOLLOWS
A full gym, two dumbbells at home or nothing at all: you say what you have, and you only get exercises you can actually do with it.
IT FITS INTO YOUR WEEK
You choose your days and how long your workouts last, from 30 to 90 minutes. Your week is built around that, not the other way round.
MACHINE TAKEN? NO PROBLEM
One tap and you get another exercise for the same muscles, without breaking your workout.
NOT SURE? ASK YOUR COACH
No time, wrong equipment, a question about an exercise: your coach answers knowing your workouts, and can rewrite today's one.
NO MUSCLE LEFT BEHIND
You see the volume for each muscle week after week, your records and your estimated 1RM. Your weak points stand out, so you know what to work on.
