A lot has been quietly improved since the last version. You can now share any item straight from Carry — tap the share icon on a card and send it via iMessage, WhatsApp, wherever. Useful for the things other people need to know about too. Screenshot upload now works from the text input panel as well as the main screen. We've also made the text easier to read throughout the app — small change, big difference. And if you're in Settings, there's now a link to At Capacity — the editorial side of Carry, where we write about the science and stories behind the mental load. As always, thank you for using Carry.

Version 1.1 A lot has changed since you last opened Carry — and most of it came from you. Items now appear the moment you stop speaking. No waiting. Just say it and it's there. You can upload screenshots of confirmations, bookings, and school letters. Carry reads them and pulls out everything that matters. Anything with a date and time can go straight to your Apple Calendar with one tap — pre-filled, labelled, ready. At 7am, if you have things on that day, you'll get a quiet notification. Not an alarm. Just a gentle heads up. Carry now understands French, English, and whatever comes out when you're tired and mixing both. A few things that were quietly broken are now quietly fixed.
