AquaUp reads your sleep data from Apple Health to detect when you actually woke up — then spaces gentle hydration reminders through your day at a natural rhythm.
How it works:
• Detects your wake-up time from Apple Health sleep data
• Reminders start after a configurable delay (default: 30 minutes)
• Spaced at your chosen interval: every 2, 2.5, or 3 hours
• Reminders stop at your configured end-of-day time
• Log water directly from the notification — no need to open the app
