Choose a compound from your stack and complete the vial details to carry them into Add vial without retyping. Inventory now sorts compounds alphabetically or by most recent. Matching unopened vials fold into one row with a count. Tap to expand them, while opened vials keep separate rows showing what is left. Each titration step can use mcg or mg, so you can start at 250 mcg and use 1 mg later in the same protocol. Switching units converts the number and preserves the dose. Peptide Tracker is 100% free, with no subscription or paywall. Version 2.19.0 adds missed and skipped doses to protocol history, shows extra doses on Today, and lets you add earlier scheduled doses when setting up a protocol. A protocol's history now includes missed and skipped doses alongside the ones you've taken, just like the main Dose history screen. If you took a scheduled dose but forgot to log it, you can tap its entry in History to record it. Logging it there updates the scheduled entry and helps you avoid duplicates. The Log extra dose button now sits in a separate card that explains the difference between an extra dose and a scheduled dose you forgot to log. Doses you take outside your schedule now appear on Today with the time you took them. They appear alongside your scheduled doses. On days when nothing is scheduled, Today still shows any extra doses you've logged. If you started a protocol before adding it to the app, you can now include its earlier scheduled doses when you create it. Choose a past start date and turn on Create past doses, which is off by default. The app adds those doses as pending and opens a review where you can log each one, skip it, or mark it missed. Your history and adherence can then include the period before you added the protocol.

The order you choose stays the same across the app. And you can now choose whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday. This is especially useful outside the U.S., where Monday is commonly the first day of the week. When you discard a vial or supply by mistake, you can now restore it from its detail screen. A vial with liquid left returns in use and an empty one returns depleted. None of your logged doses change. An ended protocol can now move back to paused. Open the protocol, choose Move to paused, and it returns to your paused list ready to resume.

Version 2.15.0 adds guided protocol and supply setup, split doses across two vials, custom compounds and blends, and a calendar that follows the day you took a dose. When you create a protocol, the app now asks how you measure your dose and only shows the units that match. That keeps you from mixing up how much drug you take with the marks on a syringe. When you add the supply you draw from, the app only lets you pick something your dose can actually come out of. You find out while setting up, not the first time you try to log a dose. A single dose sometimes needs more liquid than the vial in use still holds. When that happens the log screen now offers to split the dose across two vials, the way you would drain one vial and pull the rest from a second into the same syringe. Pick the second vial and the app walks you through both draws with their own syringe markings, and the dose reads back as a split everywhere you see it later. Custom compounds now have a home in Settings under Profile. You can see every custom compound you own, rename one, give it a half-life, add notes, or delete it, and you can create a new one from scratch, either a single or a blend of two to five components. Compound search also got better at finding what the library already carries. A name like SS-31 or AOD-9604 now turns up whether or not you type the hyphen. The dose history calendar now places each dose on the day you actually took it rather than the day it was scheduled. A dose you logged after midnight for the previous evening lands on the day you took it and notes which day it was planned for, and the original day keeps a faint marker you can tap to open the logged dose. To move a dose to a different day, open it and change the date.

Open a vial and you will see its full volume history. It shows the amount the vial started with, every dose drawn from it, and how much was left after each one. If the remaining volume in the app does not match what you can see in the vial, you can enter the real amount. The app records the adjustment as its own entry without changing any of your logged doses. You can also group your injection sites now. Create a group, add the sites you want, and assign it to a protocol. This is useful if, for example, you want separate site rotations for subcutaneous and intramuscular protocols. When the app suggests where to inject next, it will only use sites from that protocol's assigned group. Protocols without a group continue using all of your sites, just like before. Connect now has upvotes and bookmarks. You can upvote replies and save any question or reply for later. Saved posts show up under Saved in the You tab.

Anyone can join the conversation, including the person who asked the question, and you can reply directly to any answer. Replies quote the original answer and tag its author, so they can jump back in and keep the conversation going. Mention notifications take you straight to the thread, with a new Mentions switch in Settings when you want to quiet them. Your corner of Connect is a proper profile now, with your question and reply counts and a browsable history of every reply you’ve written. Community notes can also be pinned above a thread when extra context is useful, and questions flagged by several people will say so. The Connect feed also gained filters for compound and question type, along with timestamps so you can see how recently each question was posted. Beyond Connect, protocol details gained a new estimated plasma level curve. It uses your logged doses and each compound’s half-life to sketch how levels may build and fade over time. It’s an estimate for orientation, not medical guidance. A few more improvements in this release: • Signing up now records your time zone and the app asks for it if it’s missing so your days line up correctly. • Long replies and notes scroll inside their box instead of growing past the screen. • Sharing your Sky no longer freezes the app and shared Skies now link to their web version.

When your connection is slow or drops right as the app opens, Peptide Tracker now waits and retries before it decides you are offline. A momentary hiccup at launch used to send you straight to the offline screen, and now the app gives the connection a chance to come back first. The offline screen is also instrumented now, so the cases that still slip through are visible to us and get fixed. Connect keeps improving as it rolls out. When you reply to a question, the sheet now carries the extra detail the person added, so you see the same context whether you opened it from Today or from the thread. The reply button stays within reach at the bottom of a long thread instead of hiding below the last answer, and the ask flow drops a dose unit that was easy to misread.

We're also beginning to roll out Connect, a community space inside Peptide Tracker where you can ask questions, answer other people, and claim your username. It's arriving gradually, so it may not appear for everyone right away. A few more improvements and fixes round out the release. • Injection site last-used dates are worked out in your own timezone, so a dose you took late at night reads as the right day. • The log dose screen now labels the date and time as "Date taken" and "Time taken," and gently flags a time that sits far from when the dose was scheduled. • Chat now opens on your most recent message instead of scrolling up to find it. • Weight trend labels wrap instead of getting cut off when you use a larger font size. • The app now retries a shaky connection when it starts up, so a brief network blip shouldn't leave you stuck.

You can now add these supplies to Inventory and log each dose from the container you are using. When you create or edit a protocol, choose how you take it: by injection, by mouth, under the tongue, or through the nose. Peptide Tracker will show the supplies that match your protocol, record how much you use, and update the amount remaining. Injection site tracking only appears when you log an injection. You can also record the strength and unit of each ingredient in a blend. Also fixed: • An intermittent crash that could occur anywhere in the app has been fixed. • Error messages now provide more helpful information when something goes wrong. • Scheduled dose confirmations are clearer.

It is 25 lessons across four modules, written in plain language for someone who just bought their first vial and is not sure what to do with it. You will find the course at the top of the Learn tab. Mark lessons complete as you go! We are also building Connect, a community inside Peptide Tracker where you will be able to share a protocol or ask a question and hear back from people running the same compounds. It is not open yet. The new Connect tab explains what we are building. Founding Members can reserve their username before anyone else. The rest of the Learn tab got easier to use, as well. The peptide library can now be read as one alphabetical run instead of only fixed category sections. You can also filter by what a peptide is actually for, so groupings are more accessible. Blends carry a badge and file alongside everything else instead of sitting off in a section of their own. You can now choose your syringe on the dose you are logging rather than on the vial. The vial keeps your usual size as a default, so an occasional larger draw no longer means editing the vial and changing how your past doses read. There is a 3 mL option for anyone drawing from pen cartridges and the app tells you plainly when a dose needs more volume than the syringe holds. Upcoming doses on Today now read as a quiet agenda instead of a stack of tappable cards, so it is much harder to log a dose you have not taken yet. Once the day arrives the dose moves to where you can log it. Founding Members on the dark themes get a new perk. Today can now fade into night as you scroll, ending in the full Your Sky scene with the stars you have earned. Also fixed: • Adherence now sits at the top of a protocol, so you can see whether you are keeping up without scrolling past the setup. • The peptide reference screens read better, with collapsible sections, real bullet lists, and long paragraphs that no longer clip their last word. • The vial picker no longer looks empty while your vials are still loading.

If you are a Founding Member, the Classic theme now comes with a color of your own. Open Settings, switch to Classic, and pick the accent that feels like you. Your color flows through the main buttons across the app and into Your Sky, so the whole picture takes on your shade. Chartreuse stays the default, so nothing changes unless you want it to. We also gave Your Sky a small polish so its light and the caption beneath it display a little cleaner. The app stays completely free. We think it's a nice way to see how far you've come without making you feel guilty about quiet weeks. You'll find it on your Today tab, and it opens full screen whenever you want to sit with it. Your sky only grows when you keep logging and the rest of this release is about making that easier, starting with your fridge. BAC water inventory now lives right beside your peptides. When you reconstitute a vial you can choose specific BAC water inventory. The other half of easy tracking is a schedule that bends when life does. When you travel, take a break, or shift a dose, you can clear the scheduled doses you were never going to take, right from your Full Dose Calendar. Your adherence stays true to what you actually did, and a change in your routine never comes back weeks later as a wall of misses you never really missed. Registration is easier too. Peptide Tracker now offers signing in with Google so that you don't have to type and remember a password.

Still 100% free. Version 2.5.0 adds progress photos. You judge a protocol by how your body changes, and until now the app could only show you numbers. Progress photos put the visual side of tracking right next to your doses and weigh-ins. The camera is built so every week's shot lines up with the last. A centerline and a guide line you can drag keep your framing steady, and a faint ghost of your last photo at the same angle sits over the live view so you can line it up before you shoot. Tag each angle, use the timer or flash, and your shots land in a gallery grouped by month that you can filter by angle. Open one and swipe to walk that angle through time, or pick any two and compare them side by side, then share the result. Once a week goes by since your last photo, the app gives you a gentle nudge to take the next one. This release also adds dosing in International Units. Some compounds are measured in IU instead of by mass, and now you can set an IU dose, add an IU vial, and get the right draw for it. IU and mass stay on separate rails, so the two never mix. Your Today tab now tells you how many units to draw for the vial you are actually holding, so you are not doing milligram math in your head right before an injection. When you keep a compound at two different strengths, the card shows both so you grab the right one. You can also see your next two weeks at a glance on the protocol screen, so you know which days you are dosing and which one is today instead of reading a five on, two off rule and guessing where you are in it. And if you fall off a cycle after a missed dose or a break, you can set the day you are picking it back up, and the schedule just follows along without touching your start date or titration. You might take a higher amount on Monday and a lower one on Thursday, or take it in the morning some days and the evening on others. You can now build that into one protocol instead of creating several. Each block carries its own days, times, and dose, and your protocol detail and stack views show every block at a glance. Your schedule is also clearer to read. A dose on your Today tab now shows whether it is due today, coming up after today, or running late, so you can tell at a glance which doses are current and which are still ahead. Forms are clearer too. When something needs fixing before you can save a protocol, the field is highlighted and the screen scrolls straight to it, so a blocked save is never a mystery. Sign-in and other errors now appear in a clear message instead of slipping by. This release also gives protocol dates their own card with a one-tap shortcut to set a cycle's end date.
