Mocho keeps a private log of how today actually went - without making you write a journal entry, fill out a 12-question form, or open another app that judges your inconsistency.
Built around the ADHD reality that streaks break, motivation comes in waves, and a tag like "RSD hit" means more than a 1-10 mood slider ever could.

- Mood: five emoji-tagged states from down to joyful

APPLE HEALTH, ON YOUR DEVICE
Mocho can read your sleep duration from Apple Health (with permission) to auto-fill your daily check-in, and write your daily mood as a State of Mind entry into Apple Health on iOS 18+. All HealthKit data stays on your device - Mocho cannot see it leave Apple Health, because there is no Mocho server.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Everything you log lives on your iPhone, in Apple's SwiftData. Mocho does not run a server, does not collect any data from you, and does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting. No login, no account, no email required.
You can export your full history to a JSON file at any time and delete everything in one tap.
