This update brings meaningful improvements to how your care team stays connected. Leaders and admins can now set up standing visitation schedules for people who are visited regularly, with a rotating pool of visitors who can claim upcoming visits. Care touches can be marked confidential for sensitive situations, visible only to designated leaders. We've also added support for logging general ministry visits (like hospital or facility visits) without needing to tie them to one specific person, along with a headcount field to track how many people were reached. Care team visibility has been refined so everyone sees the right requests for their role, and we've fixed a number of navigation and display issues throughout the app.

This build includes a redesigned care-logging experience (fewer steps, an optional quick-note shortcut, voice dictation), faster app startup, biometric login improvements, Spanish-language support for care notes, nearest-campus suggestions on public forms, and numerous reliability fixes.

Critical update — fixes an issue where members saw demo content instead of real care data. Leaders get a redesigned Care tab with four sections: Open, Assigned (with assignee names), Follow-ups, and Completed. Members can now claim open requests directly. Improved app startup reliability for all users.

This update focuses on stability, usability, and team coordination improvements based on feedback from our early partners. STABILITY Fixed a sign-in issue where the app would show a blank screen and time out after 30 seconds. Sign-in is now faster with graceful fallback when network calls are slow. CARE FORMS Fixed keyboard covering form fields when typing care notes and visit reports. A Done button now appears above the keyboard on iOS so you can dismiss it without tapping elsewhere. Phone and email are now optional when logging a care touch or adding a new person. TEAM CARE Leaders and admins can now see all org-wide care requests with a new All Org Care toggle, making it easier to coordinate and monitor the full care queue. Care requests with a scheduled follow-up are now hidden from My Active until the follow-up date arrives. ENCOURAGEMENT New Send Encouragement button on person profiles. Choose an appreciation language, write a personal note, and send directly from the app. CHECK-IN Staff scanner now auto-clears after each scan for faster throughput with large groups. A running checked-in counter displays during events. Walk-in confirmations are now more prominent. FIXES Password reset now shows clear instructions to return to the app after setting a new password in the browser. Biometric login now correctly checks enrollment before showing the option. Birthday field can now be cleared if accidentally entered.

CONNECT — REDESIGNED Newest messages now appear at the top so you never have to scroll to find the latest. Mention teammates in group conversations with @ — they receive an instant push notification. A new Testimonies tab shows publicly shared answered prayers from your care team. VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN A new check-in screen supports three methods: QR code scan, GPS location, or manual tap. Staff can check volunteers in directly from their device — attendees do not need the app or a login. My Schedule now shows upcoming events with a Check In button for each. CARE TOUCHES — MORE DETAIL Escalating to a pastor now requires a category (Needs Pastoral Visit, Crisis Situation, Beyond My Training, Medical Emergency, or Other) and a brief note describing what is needed, so leaders have context before they respond. Prayer answered now includes a detail field and an option to share as a public testimony in the Connect tab. A HIPAA reminder has been added to all care note fields.
