Every check-in is tied to the gym you are actually visiting. Build streaks, earn XP, compete on monthly gym leaderboards and train with people around you. Earn XP and climb your gym’s monthly leaderboard. Join challenges and earn rewards when you complete them. TRAIN WITH YOUR PEOPLE Follow friends and see who is training right now. View your friends’ workout activity in one feed. Create or join groups with your training partners. Take on group challenges together. Message the people you train with without leaving the app. LOG EVERY WORKOUT Track exercises, sets, reps, weight, duration and cardio. Choose from a database of 500+ exercises. See a weekly muscle map showing what you have trained. Identify the muscle groups you keep neglecting. Select the muscles you want to work and build a session around them. Use the rest timer while you train. Keep your timer visible on your Lock Screen with Live Activities. FIND YOUR GYM COMMUNITY Discover gyms near you on the map. See who is training at nearby gyms. Find gym buddies who match your training lifestyle. Share workouts, progress and achievements with the community. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
