Tisbo is an introspection app that holds many perspectives at once. It doesn't push a single way of looking at you. It hands you lenses — rational, behavioral, body-based, symbolic — and lets you choose which one to use today. The app grows by adding new lenses, so every part of you gets one of its own.
One question a day, nothing to write
Each morning you find a short question. A scale, a choice, a pick. Thirty seconds. The app crosses your answer with what it already knows about you.
You don't write. You answer. The app reads you.
Lenses that grow with you
Each lens frames you from a different angle and gives you a brief text in return. Some already inside:
· Pattern beneath the pattern — what repeats when you think you're choosing.
· Inverted decision — how the choice looks from the other side.
· Blind spot — what you still don't see.
· Letter to your future self — written by you, without writing.
· Stoic today — close of day in stoic voice.
· Body scan — what your body says when you ask.
· Archetypes at play — which figures you're enacting.
Lenses don't predict anything. They don't tell you how to feel. They show you what was already there, from an angle you wouldn't have used.
Your path composes itself
As you answer and look, Tisbo draws your path: a living line with your origin, the stages you go through, the patterns that surface, the discoveries and the shifts. You don't write it. It is written by what you leave behind. Whatever comes, gets written with you.
Your reflection, every Sunday
On Sunday you get a reflection: the week distilled in four lenses. It's not a summary. It's a short, written piece that closes the days and leaves a question to carry into the next week.
