LET THE CUSTOMER TYPE THEIR OWN DETAILS
While you're on the phone, send the customer a single-use form link. They enter their name, address and car or property on their own phone, it lands in your app, and one tap adds them as a customer. Open the job in a few taps with Quick Flow, and you set off with the address and vehicle details already in your pocket.
PRICE IN WRITING, NO HAGGLING
A price on a scrap of paper turns into an argument at the door. Turn the job into a line-by-line PDF quote in one tap and get the customer's signature on your screen. When the work is done, the same job becomes an invoice with your logo and bank details. Photos and notes stay with the job, so a complaint weeks later already has an answer.
KNOW THE KEY BEFORE YOU REACH THE CAR (Premium)
Enter the vehicle yourself or let the customer send it through the form. The Key Helper shows which chip, which frequency and which programmer that car needs, before you set off and once you're on the job. Spot missing data? Fix it: every approved fix earns points, and 50 points is a month of Premium.
STOCK THAT COUNTS ITSELF
Parts come off stock when you start a job and go back if it's cancelled. A part you set aside for a waiting job stays with that job. When something runs low, you get an alert before the last one goes. Scan the tracking number of incoming orders with the camera and print shelf labels. Remove the background from product photos so they look like catalog shots.
SELL AT THE COUNTER (POS)
Scan barcodes with the camera or a USB scanner. Park a sale and come back to it, split a payment between cash and card, give a discount. Print an 80 mm receipt or issue an invoice. Returned items go straight back into stock.
FIND ANYTHING WITH SPARK
Customer, job, product or invoice: type it into one search box, Spark finds it, and one tap opens it. The same box works as a calculator.

Overdue invoices trigger a notification. Reports show revenue, expenses, gross and net profit, tax due, and how much came in as cash or card. Export reports to PDF and Excel (Premium). Photograph a receipt and AI fills in the amount, tax, date and vendor (Premium).
