Something you eat is doing this. Photograph a meal, rate how you feel, and see which foods line up with the bad days. No calories. No scores. No protocol. Body Compass is for people who've noticed food affects how they feel — but can't figure out the pattern. It's not a calorie counter. It's not a protocol. It's a tool for reading your own body's signals. Photograph a meal. Rate how you feel. See which foods line up with the bad days. — Capture — Snap a photo and the meal names itself: every ingredient is read out of the picture. Or type them, or say them. Twenty seconds, and the meal is logged the way you actually ate it. — Know what's in it — Hummus becomes chickpeas, garlic, olive oil and lemon. Preparation and sourcing carry through: organic, roasted, conventional. Raw spinach, spinach in a smoothie and sautéed spinach are different inputs to your body, and Body Compass keeps them apart. — Three colours, yours — Every ingredient sits in a zone: fine for you, still learning, or reacts for you. Zones start from what is known about each food and move as your own data comes in. They're built from your log, not from an average. — Read your signals — Each morning, four quick ratings on a nine-point scale: mood, energy, clarity, recovery. Any time, a symptom: bloating, nausea, headache, fatigue. Signals are first-class data here, not an add-on. Food is what gets compared against them. — See the pattern — "3.2× more bloating after wheat, over 14 days tracked." That is what an insight looks like: an observation, with the evidence, in your own numbers. Test it, move the food to your red zone, or ignore it. The conclusions are yours. — What's not here — No calorie display. No good/bad food scoring. No "you should eat this, avoid that." No required hardware. No coaching. No protocol you have to follow. Insights take days to weeks of honest logging to surface. We say so plainly. — Who it's for — If you've noticed food affects how you feel but can't figure out the pattern, this was built for you. — Privacy — Your food log and signal data is yours. Stored to your account, never sold, never used for advertising. Export everything as JSON, any time. — Pricing — Free to try with a 14-day trial of the annual plan. Cancel anytime in the App Store. Subscription continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. — Terms of Use (EULA) — Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ App Terms: https://www.bodycompass.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://www.bodycompass.app/privacy
