Nar is a daily reading of your body.
It reads your signs through your hormonal life stage. Cycling and not
cycling. Postpartum. Perimenopause, menopause, and the years after. The
cycle is one lens. Not the lens.
Women get dismissed when their numbers do not match the average. Nar
exists because that average was rarely built on them.
Most apps compare you to a population average and call the difference a
problem. Nar compares you to you, at this point in your cycle and at this
stage of your life. A luteal temperature rise reads as the luteal phase,
not as illness. A postpartum HRV of 25 reads as postpartum, not as alarm.
What Nar reads.
Apple Health on your iPhone, and anything already flowing into it,
including Apple Watch. Oura connects directly, with a token you create
yourself. No wearable at all is fine. Your own logging is enough, and Nar
will tell you what it can and cannot see.
What Nar gives back.
Two reads a day. A morning brief on how today is shaping up, and an
evening read that shows only what is worth doing tonight for a better
tomorrow.
Eight domains: Sleep, Energy, Mood, Body, Gut, Pain, Immunity, Heart.
Each one read through your hormonal stage, because the same number means
something different in a different body and a different week.
Nar does not celebrate, chase streaks, or hand out a score to beat. It is
quiet on purpose. You read your body the way you read a book.
The science.
Three layers, all of them on your phone.
Rules built from the clinical literature on women's physiology, tested
against published research datasets.
A neural network trained on a research dataset of 71 million rows of
wearable data, small enough to live entirely on your device.
Your own baselines, which sharpen every day you use Nar, until it knows
your normal better than any average could.
Privacy.
Everything stays on your device. There is no Nar server. Your readings
are never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload them to.
Sign in with Apple and only your onboarding profile travels, through your
own private iCloud. Never your readings. Or sign in locally, and nothing
leaves the phone at all.
A note from the founder.
I have worked on cycle trackers before, and I have seen where women's
data goes. Nar is my ode to women, who should own what their bodies say
and keep the right not to share it. We could not read your data if we
wanted to. It never reaches us.
Bloom.
Bloom is the reason behind the reading. Why this, why today, and what in
your own data says so.
It opens the full Why on every card, and adds multi-day patterns, a
notification when something shifts, and your last 24 hours at a glance.
£4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. 30 days free for new subscribers, then
auto-renews until cancelled in iPhone Settings. Annual saves 33%.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Your morning and evening readings sound different now.
They open with how the day is likely to feel, rather than with whichever
number moved the most. If you had a hard night, the reading says so
before it asks anything of you. What you might feel and the reason for it
now sit in the same sentence. And when something is going well, it gets
said.
Numbers are spoken the way you would say them out loud. Thirty-eight
minutes. Eleven thousand steps. Barely a third of your recovery back.
The evening reading finally sounds like the morning one, and it can point
at last night instead of talking around it.
New in Reads: "What you can name." A short set of questions about how
easily you notice a feeling, find words for it, and turn towards it.
There is no score to pass. It tells you which part is hardest for you,
and whether the good feelings or the difficult ones are harder to reach.
Every Why is rewritten. One half tells you what is actually happening in
your body. The other tells you what to do about it.
