Boxing Timer is the round timer fighters actually use. Built for boxing, MMA, kickboxing, and HIIT — with the real bell, the wooden clapper warning, and a coach calling combos.
What makes it different
Real boxing protocol. The brass bell rings at round start and end. The 10-second warning is the wooden clapper you hear ringside, not a beep. A four-bell finale closes a session.
Voice coach with combos. A male English voice calls combos during rounds — "one, two, three", "slip, two", "head, body, head". Cadence is yours: light, standard, heavy, or off. Pick any voice installed on your device.
Built-in presets and a custom editor. Boxing 3×3, Kickboxing 5×2, MMA 5×5, HIIT 10×30 — plus a custom preset editor for any rounds, durations, and warning windows.
Phase-aware visuals. Champion red during work, recovery blue during rest, gold pulse for the warning, gold celebration on completion. The whole screen tells you where you are without reading a number.
Bluetooth heart-rate straps. Pair a Polar H10, Wahoo TICKR, Garmin HRM-Pro, or any chest strap implementing the standard heart-rate service. Falls back to Apple Watch via HealthKit when no strap is connected.
Tap to pause, swipe to skip rest. The ring is a big tap target. The bell stays on time even when the screen is locked.

Live heart rate, on-screen, big enough to read between exchanges.
Workouts saved automatically as boxing sessions in the Apple Health and Fitness apps.
Weekly stats with rounds, active minutes, and a daily training streak. Recent sessions list with average heart rate per workout.
