StandUp is a menu-bar reminder for anyone whose spine has been quietly screaming for a while now.
How it works
- After your work interval (default 50 min), a gentle nudge
- Ignore it? The menu-bar icon turns red and the volume rises
- Still sitting? A full-screen 5-second countdown forces you up
Smart automation
- Away detection: timer auto-pauses when there is no input
- Auto-resume after breaks, the next work interval starts itself
- Activity at a glance: keys, clicks, app switches
Notification copy your spine wrote
- "Your spine just screamed."
- "Hear that? That is your spine."
- "Spine update: still screaming."
- "Your disc left a note. It says help."
- Late-night mode (1 to 5 AM): not telling you to stand. Go to bed.
- Special messages at 7, 30, and 100 streak milestones

- Set work interval, break duration, and away threshold
- Tune stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3 pressure timing
- Toggle full-screen pressure mode and notification sound

Privacy
All data stays on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded. Keyboard tracking is optional. Mouse clicks, scrolls, and app switches work without any extra permission.
