18 thermal & night-vision modes + real LiDAR depth, TrueDepth IR & long-exposure Night Mode. Four real sensors, not just filters. We label what's real.
Night Vision is a camera app that turns your iPhone or iPad into a real night-vision, thermal-imaging, and depth-sensing device using four genuine hardware sensors — plus 18 creative filters and 8 tactical HUD overlays.
WHAT MAKES THIS A REAL NIGHT-VISION APP?
Four capabilities use actual sensor hardware, not just color filters:
• Night Mode — long-exposure amplification via custom AVCaptureDevice settings (max ISO + 1/8 s shutter). Your camera genuinely captures more light in darkness.
• LiDAR Depth — iPhone Pro / iPad Pro. Reads the LiDAR scanner through ARKit sceneDepth. Colors represent measured distance.
• TrueDepth IR — Face ID devices. Repurposes the front infrared dot projector. Works at 0 lux out to ~1.5 m.
• Magnetic Field Meter — live microtesla readings from the device magnetometer.
We label every mode so you always know what is a real sensor read and what is a creative filter.
CAN MY iPHONE SEE IN THE DARK?
Yes. Night Mode amplifies residual light so you see more than the naked eye. TrueDepth IR works in complete darkness using infrared — genuinely 0 lux. Both are real sensor capabilities, not post-processing effects.
WHAT FILTERS AND MODES ARE INCLUDED?
18 modes: Classic Heat, White Hot, Iron Black, Rainbow, Arctic Blue, Lava, Red, Red/Blue, Neon, Predator, Night Vision, X-Ray, UV Vision, Glitch, Psychedelic, Blueprint, Matcha, Normal. All render in real time via Metal shaders and record to 4K video.
DOES IT WORK WITH THERMAL CAMERA HARDWARE?
Optional: connect a FLIR One or Seek Thermal accessory for genuine thermal-imaging data from certified hardware.
