Tableo Manager is the companion app for restaurants using Tableo's reservation platform. Built for owners, managers, and front-of-house staff, it puts tonight's service one tap away, whether you're on the floor, in the kitchen, or away from the venue.
What you can do
• See every booking, instantly. Today's reservations, upcoming covers, and walk-ins, all sorted by time, table, and status.
• Check guests in with one tap. Mark parties as arrived, seated, or no-show without leaving the table.
• Take bookings on the go. Add a new reservation in seconds: name, party size, table, time, special requests.
• Know the guest before they sit down. Patron profiles show visit history, dietary notes, allergies, birthdays, and preferences from past visits.
• Get notified the second it matters. Push alerts for new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and arrivals, with quiet-hours and per-event controls so you only hear what you need to.
• Manage your floor. Configure tables, areas, and capacities directly from the app.
• Browse history. Look back at past services to settle disputes, review covers, or spot trends.
• Team-friendly. Invite staff, set roles, and keep everyone in sync across iPhone and iPad.
• Live support, in-app. Chat directly with the Tableo team if you ever get stuck.
