Offline Classic Card Game

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Hearts with No ads, no subscription, no bs The grown-up Hearts app. Free to play, with one optional unlock and fair AI. No ads, no subscriptions, no accounts. Works offline - even on a plane. WHY THE NAME Open the App Store, search for Hearts, and watch the screenshots blur into the same pile of rainbow gradients, sparkle effects, and "REMOVE ADS" upsell wheels. The name says it: this one isn't that. No ads, ever. A single one-time unlock removes the per-game coin cost forever; that is the entire monetization. FOUR DIFFICULTIES, FROM FRIENDLY TO RUTHLESS • Easy plays loosely: mostly low cards, no card counting, never tries to shoot the moon. Good for learning, or for a relaxed game. • Normal is a steady, sensible player. It passes its dangerous cards, dumps the Queen of Spades when it's safe, never leads from a short Queen, and stops a moon it sees coming. • Hard counts cards. It tracks what's still out and who has run out of a suit, flushes the Queen, and reads the scoreboard: it won't hand anyone a game it would lose. A real challenge for experienced players. • Cheater sees every hand, including yours, and plays the rest of the round out against the real cards before it chooses. It's what other Hearts apps get accused of doing all the time. Here it's a setting you pick. Each level is tested against the one below it over thousands of games, and wins more every time. Easy, Normal and Hard play fair: they only ever see their own hand and the cards on the table, the same as you. No stacked deals, no rubber-banding, and the same rules for every seat, yours included. HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT • Hint button anytime. Tap it to see which card the Hard AI would play in your position, with a one-line reason. Hints cost 10 coins each, and are free with Unlimited Play. HOW THE COIN SYSTEM WORKS • Start with 400 coins. Each new game costs 50. • Wins pay back 50 coins. Shoot the moon for 50, per round. • Get 50 free coins every day, automatically - no daily-bonus modal to dismiss. • Unlimited Play, a one-time unlock, removes the per-game cost forever. Coins keep accumulating after you buy it; they just stop gating play. That is the entire monetization. No coin packs, no boosters, no "watch an ad to play another hand." A single optional unlock and the daily refresh. CORE GAMEPLAY • Standard Hearts and Omnibus (Jack of Diamonds = −10) rule variants. • Pass rotation: Left → Right → Across → Keep, plus a No-pass toggle. • Configurable game length: 50 (default), 100, or 150 points. • Autosave after every card - resume your game after a phone call, a force-quit, or a relaunch. No lost hands. PRESENTATION • Six card faces, 32 card backs and four felts, all free. • Universal binary for iPhone and iPad. Portrait and landscape. Not a stretched phone UI. • Dark mode supported. • Random animal-emoji opponent avatars - different cast every match. • Haptic feedback on iPhone. WHAT THIS APP IS NOT • Not ad-supported. No ads, ever. • Not subscription-based. No recurring charges. • No coin packs, no boosters, no second-tier monetization. The Unlimited Play unlock is the only purchase. • No accounts, no sign-in, no Apple ID prompts, no iCloud prompts, no analytics opt-in modals. • No multiplayer, no servers. Just you versus three AI opponents. Free to download. An optional one-time unlock removes the 50-coin per-game cost. Family Sharing enabled - one purchase covers the household.

The computer players now play like people who know the game. A REAL DIFFICULTY LADDER Hard used to play almost exactly like Normal, and Cheater barely cheated. Now each level beats the one below it, tested over thousands of games. • Hard counts cards. It tracks what's still out and who has run out of a suit, flushes out the Queen of Spades, and sheds its high cards when it's safe to. • Cheater plays the rest of the round out against every hand before it chooses a card. • The hint uses Hard, so its advice got better too. SMARTER PLAY AT EVERY LEVEL • Passing: the computer players keep their low hearts and the Ace of Hearts, and pass the cards that actually cause trouble. • Reading the scoreboard: they won't dump the Queen on someone when it ends a game they'd lose. • No more leading the Queen of Spades, or leading spades while holding her short. • Shooting the moon: they only try it with a hand built for it, and only block yours when you're really going for it. • Jack of Diamonds: they hang on to the Jack instead of throwing it away, and take a trick with it in when nothing can go wrong. WHAT EACH SETTING DOES Every rule in Settings › Rules and Gameplay now has an ⓘ that explains it: shooting the moon, passing, the target score, the Queen breaking hearts, and each difficulty, including exactly what Cheater can see. FIXED • The first sound of a session could stop music you were playing in another app. It now plays alongside it. • The spade and club pips on the Icon deck sat off-centre. They're centred now. Still no ads, no subscription, no account, and no servers.
