WHAT YOU CAN DO ON MAC
- Run Focus sessions from the main window or menu bar, with clear pause, resume, and stop controls.
- Build live soundscapes with native Mixer controls.
- Use Guided Reset, post-focus routines, 4–7–8 breathing, and four breathing atmospheres that remember your choice.
- Follow guided tapping sessions with explicit safety and stop controls.
- Connect your PulseWave account to sync preferences, saved mixes, favorites, history, progress, and session handoff.
- Continue a compatible mobile session from its paused position.
Core tools remain available for free. PulseWave Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription and unlocks the deeper library and Mixer features. Purchases and restores use the same PulseWave account across supported Apple devices. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings.
