• Train — Browse workouts and exercises, build sessions, follow programs and your schedule, run live workouts with sets and rest, review history and summaries. Generate workout ideas with AI when you want a fresh plan.
• Fuel — Keep a meal journal with macro totals vs. goals, log hydration, search foods, scan barcodes, and snap photos for AI-assisted meal logging. Generate recipes with AI Chef, save them, and log them like any meal.
• Connect — Share posts in the community feed, give respect, and join the conversation on comments.
• Perform — See personal records, consistency, estimated strength trends (including a strength matrix from your logged sets), and recovery context from Apple Health where available—steps, energy, heart rate, HRV, sleep, and more.
• Coach — Chat with an AI coach that can use your logged training, nutrition, and preferences so guidance stays relevant to you.
