RamenLab is the workbench for making real ramen at home: tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and shio, from scratch. Scale any recipe to the exact yield you need, follow timed steps for broth, tare, noodles, and toppings, and keep a photo notebook of every bowl you make.
RECIPES THAT SCALE
Adjust servings and every ingredient recalculates, in metric or imperial. Halve a batch or cook for twelve without redoing the math.
A REAL COOKING TIMER
Live Activities keep your cook times on the Lock Screen while the broth simmers and the noodles cook.
BUILD YOUR BOWL
Assemble broth, tare, noodles, aroma oil, and toppings like ajitama and chashu into one finished formula, with live salinity guidance so the bowl tastes right at any scale.
LEARN THE CRAFT
Guided lessons take you from a first clear chintan through tonkotsu, tare blending, and noodle work, with a reference library on dashi, emulsion, and the fundamentals behind a great bowl of Japanese noodle soup.
PLAN THE WEEK
Put bowls on a calendar, and keep a running grocery list for the trip to the shop.
YOUR NOTEBOOK
Photograph each bowl and note what you changed, so the next one is better than the last.
Sign-in is optional. A subscription unlocks the full library and lab tools; the core cooking workflow is free.

A new way to build a bowl: write each layer in the order you plate it, swipe a layer to clear or remove it, and the page keeps your place while you type. Plus a calmer recipe list, smoother writers, and the recipe organizer is now free for everyone.
