MyTwin Athletes helps athletes monitor their training load and receive personalized vigilance insights to support healthy sports habits and performance.
The app provides a non-medical Vigilance Score based on:
- sports practiced,
- playing frequency and recent activity,
- athlete profile,
- connected wellness data.
Users can optionally improve the personalization of their Vigilance Score by providing additional health and fitness information, including:
- age, height, weight, and VO2 max,
- lifestyle habits,
- previous injuries, surgeries, and medical history,
- connected smartwatch and activity data.
The Vigilance Score is intended for informational and wellness purposes only.
