WHY TENANT TRACE
Photo timestamps can be edited. Camera-roll screenshots can be modified. A judge or deposit-scheme adjudicator can't tell a real
move-in photo from a faked one. Tenant Trace gives both sides a record that's neutral, verifiable, and impossible to alter after the
