Journal privately, share only when you choose, and return to the thoughts that still need room. VentPack is built for the moments between “I’m fine” and knowing exactly what to say.
With VentPack, you can:
• Write private journal entries, protect sensitive moments, and keep control of who sees what.
• Talk with Layla, a supportive reflection companion that can listen, help you put feelings into words, and suggest a gentle next step when you want one.
• Join moderated Circles and conversations with people who understand—without follower counts, performance, or pressure to reveal your identity.
• Use the Reset Room for quiet, practical ways to pause: breathing, grounding, calming audio, mindfulness experiences, and more.
• Notice your own patterns over time through check-ins, reflections, and the moments you choose to save.
VentPack is designed to feel personal, private, and human. Your private writing stays private unless you decide to share it. Your email, name, and personal information is never shown publicly. When AI features are used, VentPack explains what is being processed and asks before anything is sent.
Layla is here for reflection and support. She is not a doctor and does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care.
Community safety matters. Report and block tools are built in, and automated systems and human moderation help protect shared spaces. Crisis resources are available throughout the app.
