How a session runs
Select the device category and symptom. ClearStack starts with a set of express checks — the fast eliminations that narrow a fault in under two minutes. Based on what you find, it generates a deeper list adapted to those specific deviations. Each step shows the expected reading and explains what a deviation means. Mark results as you go; a timer tracks the full session in the background.
When the checks are done, pick the most likely diagnosis from a curated list. ClearStack suggests the parts you'll probably need to order.
Knowledge Base
Save any completed session as a diagnostic chain — a reusable sequence of checks tied to a device category, symptom, and diagnosis. Open a saved chain to pre-load those exact steps into a new session. Favorite the sequences you reach for every day.
Statistics
The Statistics tab tracks your success rate, average steps to diagnosis, most frequent symptoms, and most common diagnoses across all sessions. All data stays on device.
