Share your workout when you finish. Pick a photo and Mariabs lays the session's numbers over it — straight to Instagram Stories, or any other app. The Lock Screen no longer keeps counting a workout that has ended. If you force-quit mid-session, the banner now goes quiet instead of ticking down a workout that isn't running.

Your saved workouts, front and center: • A new bookmark button sits right beside Play — your presets are one tap away. • The Lock Screen now shows which preset you're running ("BOXING 3×3", not just "Workout"). • Pause and resume straight from the Lock Screen, without unlocking. • Stopping now takes two taps — no more accidentally killing a workout with a stray touch. • Rename and reorder your presets (swipe to rename, Edit to drag).

The Lock Screen timer now counts the way you'd expect: • The big countdown follows the current interval, ticking every second. • Total time left in the workout is shown in minutes alongside cycle and block. (iOS only ticks Lock Screen timers second-by-second inside the final minute — the previous whole-workout countdown could appear stuck as "18:--". The new layout works with that rule instead of against it.)

Mariabs now speaks your language with VoiceOver. Every control — the dial, the steppers, the play button, the watch app — is announced in English, German, Spanish, or French, with times read as words ("1 minute, 30 seconds") instead of digits. On Apple Watch: • Turn the Digital Crown to adjust any setting — tap a slider, then rotate. • The watch-face complication now starts your workout directly with one tap. • VoiceOver follows the running timer as it counts down.

The Lock Screen timer has been rebuilt so it can no longer freeze mid-workout: • The big countdown now runs the full length of your session and keeps ticking no matter what. • The current phase, its own countdown, and a phase progress bar sit alongside it. • If anything ever falls out of sync, opening Mariabs instantly corrects the Lock Screen. Apple Watch workouts are now real workout sessions: long sessions no longer stall on the wrist, count toward your Activity rings, and can save to Apple Health — strictly opt-in, nothing is read, nothing leaves your watch. Plus smaller fixes: totals over an hour display correctly, and interval counts read correctly in every language.

This update is all about reliability: • If you pause a workout yourself, a brief interruption like a phone call or Siri no longer makes it restart on its own. • You can now change settings or load a preset right after a workout finishes — no need to tap Reset first. • Smoother, more dependable Lock Screen Live Activity.
