Linnea is a personal health record that keeps the whole picture — the signals Apple Health sees, and the ones it can't. ONE DAILY SCORE Every morning Linnea reads your sleep, movement, heart and mindful minutes from Apple Health, blends them with what you've logged, and composes one 0–100 Today score with five sub-signals. Tap any tile to see exactly what moved it. All scoring math runs on your device. LOG WHAT APPLE HEALTH CAN'T SEE Food, medications, supplements, water, mood — logged your way: type it, speak it, or photograph it. AI parsing turns a photo or a sentence into structured items you can review and correct before saving. Your edits always win. A PLAN THAT ADAPTS A gentle weekly meal plan built around your preferences, restrictions and allergens — regenerate it, swap a meal with one tap, or build your own from scratch. A grocery list comes free with every plan. QUIET REMINDERS Medication and routine reminders that say just enough ("Time for your …") — never a dose, never a lecture. Turn any reminder on or off, or change its time, from the Reminders hub. SEE WHAT'S CHANGING Trends for every signal, a weekly digest of wins and watchpoints, monthly recaps, and "Noticed" — one observational sentence when a real pattern shows up in your own data. Export everything as JSON whenever you want; share summaries as cards. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Raw Apple Health samples never leave your device — only small daily aggregates sync. Health details are scrubbed from crash reports and analytics. Your data is yours: export it any time, or delete your account and everything in it. LINNEA PREMIUM The free plan covers daily scoring, logging, reminders, trends, meal-plan editing, meal swaps, the grocery list, and data export. Premium raises the daily allowances on the AI features — meal plans, Ask Linnea, photo and voice food parsing, food search — and adds the weekly AI digest. Fair-use limits protect service reliability. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and can be cancelled anytime in Settings. Linnea is informational only — it is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and never suggests medication changes. Always talk to your clinician about treatment decisions. SUBSCRIPTION Linnea Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
