Give it your pantry and your goals. Get a week of meals from what you own, a list that buys the gaps, and one number that moves with what you actually ate. WhatsCook.ing starts right inside your own kitchen. Fill your preferences, photograph your shelves, and it writes a full week of real meals around the food already there, scores every meal you cook, and turns what your eating came up short on into next week's shopping list. Most apps do one half of that. Planners hand you recipes and a list of forty things to buy, without ever looking at what you own. Trackers grade dinner after you have eaten it and leave tomorrow's decision to you. This does the whole loop: what is in your kitchen, what to cook, what to buy, and what it did for you. IT PLANS FROM YOUR KITCHEN Photograph your fridge and cupboards, or type in a dozen staples. The week is built from what you own, in the cuisines you picked, for the meals you actually cook. Bought more mid-week? Add another photo and the amounts add up instead of starting over. If your shelves are thin, it plans fewer honest days rather than padding the week with food you do not have. THE PANTRY STAYS LIVE Cook a meal and its ingredients come off the shelf. The app always knows what is still there, so nothing needs re-entering and next week is planned from what survived this one. EVERY MEAL IS SCORED, FOUR WAYS Log a meal and it is scored on calorie fit, protein, micronutrient coverage, and heart markers such as sodium and sugar. Those four roll into your BioAge, one number built from how you have been eating. It moves a little with every day you log, and it tells you which of the four is holding it back. THE LIST ONLY ASKS FOR WHAT IS MISSING Your shopping list is a subtraction, not a catalog. It carries the foods that close a nutrient gap, the staples your recipes lean on, produce in season near you, and anything you cooked down to nothing this week. Swipe an item away and it never comes back. YOUR WEEK, READ BACK TO YOU At the end of the week you see it whole: how each pillar scored, which nutrients ran short, and where the week held together or slipped. Then one button plans the next seven days from what is left on the shelf. WHAT YOU GET EVERY WEEK - A seven-day plan written from your own shelves - Recipes with photos, timings and full nutrition - Up to five swaps a week when a meal does not suit the day - A shopping list of only what closes a gap or restocks a staple - Four pillar scores, the nutrients running short, and a BioAge that moves - A new-week ritual that checks your kitchen and your preferences first WHO IT IS FOR People who cook at home most nights and carry the weekly what-are-we-eating load. People who want to eat better without starting another food diary they will abandon in week three. People who are tired of buying groceries with good intentions and throwing half of them away. ABOUT BIOAGE BioAge is an estimate built from your nutrition scores over time. The method is shown inside the app. It is not a medical measurement, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for advice from a clinician.
