The whole flow can be completed before the server even takes the check.

Large update for settling tabs cleanly:
- Assign leftover items: hosts can now hand unclaimed items (or open splits) to whoever actually had them, so every tab can settle
- Clearer payment tracking: one status per person, exact amounts on every confirm, and you always see who still owes what
- Pay the difference: if you get assigned an item after paying, you only pay what's left, not your whole share again
- Trouble opening Venmo? A new backup screen shows you exactly who and how much to pay
- Receipts with unreadable restaurant names are now labeled neatly
- Lots of small fixes and polish
