Hypno Tutor is a guided self-hypnosis practice for everyday life. It's built to help you slow down, focus, and rest deeply.
Each session is assembled fresh from a library of evidence-informed techniques: yes-sets, embedded suggestions, future-pacing, breathing anchors, and imagery deepeners. The wording and pacing change from one session to the next, so the practice stays fresh instead of going stale.
