Station Pulse is the coordination app built for volunteer fire departments.
Stop juggling group chats, paper rosters, and missed reminders. Whether it's a drill night, a station inspection, or a callout, everyone on the roster sees the same plan in one place.

EVENTS AND DRILLS
Post training nights, meetings, parades, and standby assignments to the whole department or to specific roles. Members RSVP in a tap. Automated reminders go out 1 week, 24 hours, and 1 hour before -- in your department's time zone, every time.
TASKS
Assign a task to a specific person, or post a "grabbable" task any qualified member can claim. Track open, in-progress, and completed work without spreadsheets. Set due dates so nothing slips.
STATION CHECK-IN
Mark yourself "at station" or "in service" so the chief and the rest of the crew know who's around. See your station's presence at a glance.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Push updates to everyone or to specific roles. Mark critical announcements as high priority -- they cut through with a dedicated alert channel so they break through Do NOT Disturb on supported devices.
CUSTOM ROLES
Captain, Engineer, EMT, Probationary, Apparatus Operator -- set up roles that match how your department actually runs. Tasks and events can target specific roles so only the right people get pinged.
PRIVACY
Your department's data stays yours. Member records belong to the department, never shared between departments, never sold.
