GateProof runs event check-in entirely on your own devices: workshops, conferences, company offsites, private parties, members-only events, and community gatherings. Issue passes, scan at the entrance, and get an instant, obvious decision — VALID, INVALID, or ALREADY USED.
YOUR GUEST LIST NEVER LEAVES YOUR CONTROL
GateProof has no ticketing backend. Your attendee data never reaches our servers — it stays on your devices, and optional sync uses only your own iCloud, never ours. The one thing a cloud ticketing platform can't offer.
NO PERCENTAGE SKIM
No cut of every ticket. GateProof uses prepaid issuance credits — start with free starter credits, and top up only when you need more. Your ticket revenue stays yours.
WORKS WHEN THE INTERNET DOESN'T
Passes are verified right on your device — no live server call at scan time — so basements, fields, and dead-zone venues are no problem.

MULTIPLE DOORS, NO BACKEND
Add a crew when you grow. Create your event on any device — Mac, iPhone, or iPad — then scan on iPhone or iPad at the door while a Mac on your desk manages the event and watches check-ins live (the Mac doesn't scan). Staff devices sync redemption state device-to-device: pick Wi-Fi when everyone shares venue Wi-Fi, or Direct when they're not on the same network.
FORGERY-RESISTANT PASSES
Each pass is signed and verified locally, so you know it matches what you issued — no cryptography lesson required.

Ratings & Reviews

- Find any guest fast: search tickets by name, ticket ID, email or seat.
- Admit by hand: open a ticket and tap Admit when a guest can't show their pass. Works on any device, including the Mac.
- New Check ID mode (Scanner settings): a valid scan shows the guest's name and waits for Admit or Reject.
- Scan results now show the guest's name, with ticket type, seat and zone, on every scanner.
- Choose whether green results clear by themselves or stay until tapped.
- The event archive export now records how each guest got in: scan, ID check or manual.
