Listen in is the small companion you bring to the meetings that matter. It listens with you. While you focus on the conversation — with the doctor, the SENCO, the caseworker, the lawyer — Listen in transcribes everything in real time, picks out what was said by whom, and turns it into a plain-English summary you can read again and share. WHEN YOU LEAVE THE APPOINTMENT, YOU'LL HAVE: • A full transcript with each speaker labelled. • A short, readable summary in language a 10-year-old could follow. • Suggested questions you might want to ask next time. • A link you can share with someone you trust — your daughter, your son, your partner, your carer — so you don't have to retell the whole thing on the phone afterwards. PRIVATE BY DESIGN. • Your recordings live on your phone, not on our servers. • Audio is streamed for transcription only — never written to disk. • When you share a meeting, your phone encrypts it locally with a fresh key. We hold a scrambled blob; the key lives in the share link itself, in a part of the URL servers never see. • Settings → Forget Me wipes everything: meetings, contacts, and every share link you've ever made.
